Before and After School Care

The Watsonia OSHC provides a safe and secure Before and After School Care program for Watsonia & Concord Students. The program operates in the Multi-Purpose Room.

Hours of Operation	Before School Care	7.00am to 9.00am
	After School Care	3.00pm to 5.55pm

The program operates on all school days from the start of Term 1. Details (costs, times) can be obtained from the school office or the OSHC coordinator. Parents who have registered for assistance can obtain rebates from Centre Link for Before & After School Care fees. All fees are due on a weekly basis for regular users, and fees are due on collection for casual attendances.

Regular users are guaranteed a place in OSHC and are charged for attendance whether they attend or not (unless a casual user fills their vacancy). Regular users are invoiced weekly.
Casual users must ring beforehand to check that there is a vacancy on the night they want to attend. Casual users must pay on collection of their child.
Registration Your child must be registered before they are permitted to attend OSHC. You will be provided with enrolment forms and other details when you register. We strongly recommend that you register your child just in case you need to use it at short notice some day.

A healthy breakfast and afternoon tea are provided for all children attending the OSHC Program. Dietary conditions are catered for if the coordinator is advised of any special needs or restrictions.

Who can attend

Before and After School Care is available to all families enrolled at both schools. Bookings need to be made prior to the session required, as it provides the Co-Ordinator with the necessary requirements when planning staff and activities.

The service may be used on a regular or casual basis, or if an emergency arises.
